Smith Family Breast Health Center, a division of Munson Medical Center, was established to support the medical, physical and emotional needs of patients and family members dealing with breast health issues. With sensitive health issues at bay, the Center enlisted Interphase to help obtain their goal of a healthcare facility that maintains the highest levels of privacy, dignity and comfort for its patients.

Munson designed the space to be a very comfortable, warm, and inviting atmosphere incorporating all aspects of required patient privacy. Interphase was proud to provide the furnishings that supported the vision. The facility includes private interview areas, a separate gowned waiting area that is not part of the main waiting room, private exam rooms, and a boutique to discuss prosthetics and wigs. All of the administrative areas use Haworth furnishings to complement the warm nature of the design, while still maintaining a professional space.
